Local Advisory Boards
Each school within the Trust has a Local Advisory Board (LAB). The Trust Board delegates the functions of Achievement, Teaching, School Engagement, Curriculum and Safeguarding to them. Their structure is:
- Head of School
- Two Trustees
- Four Parents (if parents are not on the Board of Trustees)
- Two teaching staff members (if staff are not on the Board of Trustees)
